Epic Project Based Learning with Trevor Muir
Trevor offers the perspective of an author, speaker, project based learning expert, and most importantly -- a classroom teacher, to help educators find more ways to engage their students and transform their classrooms.
Epic Project Based Learning (PBL) is about making learning authentic. PBL adds relevancy and real-world challenges to the work students accomplish, and in the process makes learning more engaging and memorable. Participants will learn concrete methods, practices, and resources to design and lead standards-based, skills and content-rich learning experiences in their science classrooms.

CORONAVIRUS POLICY (SARS-CoV-2)
STANYS continues to monitor and follow the latest recommendations from the CDC, New York State, and Onondaga County regarding precautions to take regarding COVID-19.
At this time, mask wearing is recommended for individuals that are unvaccinated. Other individuals may use their own discretion regarding whether or not to wear a mask.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, you are strongly encouraged to test yourself and isolate yourself from others.
Conference Registration Refund Policy
Conference Registration refunds will be handled in the following manner:
For a request made at least three weeks before the Conference: the full amount paid minus fees will be refunded. (2022: by October 15th).
For a request made between three weeks and one week before the Conference: the full amount paid minus fees and any conference service charges will be refunded. (2022: between October 15th - October 29th)
For a request made one week before the Conference or post Conference: no refund will be given without a review of the specific details of the request. (2022: after October 29th)
