SPECIAL GUEST REGISTRATION for our 126th Annual Conference. 

Conference Assistants, Conference Committee Members, Awardees, Speakers  and Special Guest Registration

[Special Registration is for individuals who are invited guests, award winners, Conference Assistants or Conference Committee members who have Complimentary Full Conference access to the Conference event.]

This complimentary Full Conference option includes:
Friday Night Event with Dinner
Dinner (Saturday)
Breakfast (Saturday + Sunday)
Lunch (Saturday + Sunday),

As well as, workshops on Saturday - Sunday, attendance at the Annual Meeting (STANYS awards and keynote speaker), Fellows speaker, various social gatherings and concurrent activities.

A SPECIAL CODE is required to register as a Special Guest.  This code is provide by the Chairperson of each of the above special guest categories.

STANYS Conference COVID-19 Policy

In an effort to keep all of our members and guests safe, STANYS will require ALL Annual Conference participants to either show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 vaccination (CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card or NYS Excelsior Pass) OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test.

•  Individuals are considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when more than two weeks have passed since they received the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), or more than two weeks have passed since they received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). 
•  Approved COVID-19 tests include a nucleic acid amplification test (e.g., PCR test) or a viral antigen test that is approved by the local health authority. Test results must be within 72 hours of your arrival at the Annual Conference.
•  For the safety of all attendees and given the current uptick in Delta variant cases the STANYS organization asks that individuals wear masks.
• In addition, we will be following all local, NYSDOH, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines as they continue to evolve.
