The STANYS Newsletter is published in October, December, February, April, and June. These five issues bring you updates from the NYS Education Department, conference information, professional growth opportunities, and other news you can use.

The Science Teachers Bulletin is a publication featuring articles written by and for members. Philosophical issues, educational methodologies, and information about STANYS Fellows are presented.

The Science Teachers Bulletin welcomes articles about science and science education. If you wish to submit an article for publication, please prepare the following:
1. Double-spaced manuscript with figures, tables, photos or other images separated from the main body of the text.
2. An autobiographical sketch including your email, telephone number, and work address.

The Science Teachers Bulletin is published twice a year (Fall and Spring). Submissions must be received no later than September 15 to be given full consideration for the Fall issue and by March 15 for the Spring issue.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Opinions expressed in The Science Teachers Bulletin are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect STANYS policy.
